Your agreement to take this program is a declaration under penalty of
perjury that it is you that are taking the program and you are doing it
without assistance from anyone else.
This course is a work at your own pace program and you may return to the
course as much as you would like but there is a minimum amount of time that
you must spend on the program which is required by the Department of Highway
Safety Motor Vehicles (DHSMV).
The program will ask you time validated security questions that you will
answer during the registration. You must answer these questions correctly,
otherwise you will be logged off the course and be required to
call our office to be reinstated back into the program.
You will be allowed to take the final exam 2 times. If you fail the final
exam 2 times you must call our office and re-register and pay for the course
again.
